Our two-year trainee program offers you the perfect start in the business world. You will begin your journey on September 1st, and directly contribute to Yara's success in projects and daily operations.

Besides coaching by your line manager, you will have quarterly development talks with a dedicated colleague from corporate HR. Moreover, you can look forward to two joint activities per year with your fellow trainees.

Three months before the end of the program, we will discuss opportunities with you, taking your strengths and preferences into account.
